In election law dispute between the Secretary and the Libertarian party, summary judgment in favor of NH Secretary of State is affirmed where the placement of non-nominee candidates on State ballot as Libertarian candidates resulted in no evidence of actual voter confusion, vote dilution, or other harm to the associational interests of Libertarian party.
