Rivera-Colon v. Mills, 09-2417

In a civil rights action, alleging that the United States Small Business Administration violated Title VII, 42 U.S.C. sections 2000e-2000e-17, by retaliating against plaintiff for her complaints about gender discrimination and sexual harassment in the agency, summary judgment to the government is affirmed where plaintiff failed to raise a genuine issue of material fact as to her suspension, reassignment and termination as retaliation.
