Morgan v. Holder, 09-2632

Egyptian national's petitions for review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), which upheld an adverse decision by an immigration judge (IJ), and review of the BIA's denial of his motion to remand, are both denied where: 1) denial of asylum was supported by substantial evidence; and 2) BIA's denial of petitioner's motion to remand was not an abuse of discretion.
