US v. Landry, 09-1877

Conviction and sentence for wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and social security fraud are affirmed over claims that: 1) district court committed reversible error when it admitted two pieces of evidence; 2) prosecutor engaged in improper argument during closing arguments; and 3) district court improperly considered the general increase in identity theft crimes in determining the appropriate sentence.
