Conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C) (2006), are affirmed over: 1) the government's claim that the district court misapplied Giggey I in ruling that defendant's 1989 burglary conviction was not a crime of violence; and 2) defendant's claim that his prison sentence of 75-months was unreasonable.
