United States First Circuit
Faiola v. APCO Graphics, Inc., 10-1137
In plaintiff's suit against her former employer for wrongful termination on the basis of disability, district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the employer is affirmed as plaintiff's theories of liability, that she was terminated because of her disabilities, and that the employer failed to provide a reasonable accommodation because it did not excuse her from flying to and attending a sales conference, fail because she did not make the required threshold showing of disability under the statutory scheme at issue.
