Junta v. Thompson, 09-2333
District court's denial of defendant's request for habeas relief from his 2002 conviction for involuntary manslaughter on the theory of unlawful killing by the commission of a battery is affirmed as the Massachusetts Appeals Court's rejection of defendant's claim that the prosecution suppressed exculpatory evidence in violation of Brady was not unreasonable.
