Agusty-Reyes v. Dep't of Educ. of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, 09-1247
In a teacher's Title VII discrimination and retaliation suit against defendant claiming sexual harassment by her supervisor at the primary school where she taught, district court's summary judgment ruling in favor of defendant is reversed where: 1) a reasonable jury could find that plaintiff suffered sexual harassment amounting to a hostile work environment; and 2) a reasonable jury could find that plaintiff suffered prohibited retaliation.
