United States First Circuit
Mejilla-Romero v. Holder, 08-2336
Petition for review BIA's final order denying petitioner's application for asylum and related relief is denied as the BIA and the Immigration Judge considered all the relevant evidence of record and rejected petitioner's claims on a number of independently sufficient grounds, including his past persecution claim while living with his grandmother in Honduras, and claims of future persecution on account of his resistance to gang membership.
