United States First Circuit
US v. Pagan-Rodriguez, 08-1516
In defendant's motion to dismiss the revocation hearing claiming that the indefinite postponement of his final revocation hearing infringed his right to have the hearing held within a reasonable period of time, the district court's denial of the motion is affirmed as, although the district court unreasonably delayed the holding of a supervised release revocation hearing, the error was harmless.
