In plaintiff's action against several DEA agents claiming violation of his Fourth Amendment rights, summary judgment on qualified immunity grounds is affirmed as there is an absence of any evidence to support a claim that no reasonable officer in defendants' position would have believed that plaintiff acted as a bodyguard and was involved in the drug conspiracy.
