Perry v. Wolaver, 06-2270
In a suit alleging breach of contract concerning the sale of a business, partial summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) plaintiffs' proposed reading of the contract in question was implausible; 2) the district court did not err in its calculation of a purchase price adjustment included in the purchase agreement; and 3) defendants were not entitled to attorney's fees under the terms of the purchase agreement.
