Conviction arising from armed robbery of a consular representative of a foreign government is affirmed where although the district court erred in admitting hearsay evidence which tended to identify him as the assailant, the error was harmless as defendant's guilt was thoroughly and convincingly established and the hearsay evidence was ultimately of little or no importance.
