United States First Circuit

Mam v. Holder, 08-1899

Petition for review of a final order denying plaintiffs' application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture is denied where the IJ's adverse credibility determination against plaintiffs is supported by substantial evidence and thus plaintiffs did not meet the burden of proof required to establish their asylum claims.
