N. Am. Catholic Educ. Programming Found., Inc. v. Cardinale, 08-1403
In an action asserting wrongful conduct related to the leasing agreement between the parties, district court's dismissal of plaintiff's action is vacated in part and remanded where the court did not directly consider personal jurisdiction or address the adequacy of the fraud claim and the breach of fiduciary duty claim in regards to the bridge financing. Dismissal of all other counts is affirmed on grounds of inadequacy.
