United States First Circuit

US v. Poland, 08-1203

Sentence for making and detonating pipe bombs is affirmed where the district court was entitled to reduce defendant's sentence to reflect his post-sentence cooperation, but could not under Fed. Rules of Crim. Pro. rule 35(b) provide a greater reduction below the mandatory minimum for any reason other than that cooperation.
