Denial of petition for habeas relief is affirmed where: 1) evidence supports the finding that plaintiff's statements and grand jury testimony were not protected by a grant of immunity; and 2) the court did not unreasonably apply or act contrary to Supreme Court law when it concluded that plaintiff's confession was voluntary.
