United States First Circuit
Scottsdale Ins. Co. v. Torres, 06-2730
In a dispute over liability insurance coverage, district court's grant of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is reversed and remanded where there is a disputed issue of fact as to whether defendant's employment was furnished to meet short-term workload conditions, thus making him a temporary worker rather than a leased worker.
