United States First Circuit
US v. Rheault, 06-1978
Conviction and sentence for drug crimes is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in denying the motion to suppress evidence as plaintiff had no legitimate expectation of privacy in the contraband's location; and 2) the court properly applied the career-offender sentencing enhancement to defendant's grouped drug convictions.
