Otero-Burgos v. Inter Am. Univ., 07-2501
In a breach of contract action between a professor and Inter American University, district court's order dismissing plaintiff's breach of contract claim is vacated where a tenured professor with a contract guaranteeing the continuation of full-time employment is not an at-will employee subject to Puerto Rico Law 80 and is entitled to the opportunity to prove his breach of contract claim.
