US v. Lewis, 07-1462
A conviction for receipt of child pornography involving ten videos found on his home computer is affirmed where, for purposes of the "interstate commerce" element of the crime, the government proved the images traveled interstate when it introduced evidence that defendant received images that were transmitted over the Internet.
