United States First Circuit
US v Marceau, 08-1011
A statutory maximum sentence for stealing guns from a Maine firearms dealer is affirmed over claims that: 1) the sentence was unreasonable, especially when compared to the significantly lower sentence imposed on his partner-in-crime; and 2) the district court made certain Guideline-related errors and two of the Guideline provisions applied to him were improperly enacted.
