Conviction and sentence for various drug, firearm, and immigration crimes is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress; 2) the district court erred in denying defendant's motions for mistrial; 3) there was a prejudicial variance between the evidence and the indictment and district court erred in refusing defendant's jury instruction request; and 4) the district court erred in rejecting defendant's to the factual findings in the pre-sentence report (PSR).
