Arrest warrant issued for failure to comply with probation reporting requirements justified police officers' entry into an apartment where they reasonably believed Defendant resided. Warrantless search of the bedroom where Defendant was found was a valid probation search, even though his probation order notified him that Massachusetts state law requires police to obtain a search warrant before conducting a probation search.
