United States First Circuit

US v. Giambro, 081044

Conviction for possessing an unregistered firearm is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) the evidence did not show defendant knew of the characteristics of the weapon which made it subject to registration; and 2) the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record (NFRTR) is so unreliable that the district court erred in admitting evidence that the weapon was not registered in the database.
