United States First Circuit
Abdelmalek v. Mukasey, 07-2819
Petition to review decision denying petitioner's claims for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT) is denied where: 1) petitioner failed to establish that he is entitled to asylum; and 2) there is nothing in the record that would compel the conclusion that it is more likely than not that petitioner would be tortured if he were to return to Egypt.
