US v. Russell, 07-1790

Sentence of 180 months for possession with intent to distribute cocaine base is affirmed where the district court: 1) anticipated the holding in Kimbrough v. US; 2) considered the crack/powder disparity as a part of its individualized Section 3553(a) analysis at the most recent sentencing; and 3) imposed a reasonable sentence.
