In a lawsuit brought by a Massachusetts plaintiff claiming defendant breached an alleged employment contract entered in and for a job in Illinois, dismissal of plaintiff's action in Massachusetts for lack of specific personal jurisdiction over defendant is affirmed where: 1) the "relatedness" of the underlying action to Massachusetts was weak in view of the nature parties' conduct and subject matter of the contract; 2) none of defendant's alleged contacts satisfied the purposeful availment requirement; and 3) reasonable factors did not weigh in favor subjecting defendant to lawsuit in Massachusetts.
