In a dispute over the amount of an employee's pension benefit under an employee benefit plan, summary judgment for employer is affirmed where: 1) employer did not breach its fiduciary duties under ERISA in hiring a ministerial employee who provided incorrect ERISA estimates; and 2) employee had no reasonable reliance on the underlying pension estimates from an "online estimator" coupled with a disclaimer.
