Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances is affirmed over claims that: 1) the trial court erroneously denied a motion to suppress evidence seized from a hotel suite in violation of the "knock-and-announce" rule; and 2) the sentencing court erroneously calculated defendant's guideline sentence in finding him eligible for a two-level upward adjustment to his base offense level for his role as an organizer or manager of other criminal actors.
