Conviction and sentence for transportation of cocaine offenses in two separate criminal cases is vacated and remanded where district court erred in its determination of whether the conduct underlying in each case was, in the parlance of the federal sentencing guidelines, a "relevant conduct" as to the sentencing of the other.
