Sullivan v. Greenwood Credit Union, 07-2354
In a putative class action under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) challenging the legality of an unsolicited letter to consumers about the offering of credit for a home loan, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where defendant's letter was properly found to constitute a "firm offer of credit" under FCRA.
