Ramirez v. Mukasey, 07-1655

Petition for review of an order of removal is denied where the BIA correctly classified petitioner's conviction for the Massachusetts crime of indecent assault and battery on a person who has attained the age of fourteen as a "crime of violence" that rendered petitioner removable and ineligible for any form of relief from removal.
