Perez-Acevedo v. Rivero-Cubano, 06-2633
In a suit alleging that an agricultural program violated plaintiffs' due process rights, judgment for defendants on the pleadings is affirmed where plaintiffs were unable to demonstrate that they had a protected property interest in tax credits and financial assistance or that, assuming a protected property interest, there was a procedural due process violation.
