United States First Circuit
Swan v. Barbadoro, 07-1453
In a suit under RICO alleging wrongdoing by judges, prosecutors and others in relation to plaintiff's conviction for federal tax violations, plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as frivolous where most of plaintiff's claims were barred under Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477, as they rested on the supposed invalidity of his conviction.
