School Union No. 37 v. Ms. C., 06-2261

In a suit by a school district challenging an administrative grant of room, board and transportation reimbursement related to the special education of defendant's son, judgment for plaintiff on the ground of laches is affirmed where: 1) the child and his mother unreasonably delayed bringing their reimbursement claim; and 2) the school district was prejudiced by the delay.
