Teng v. Mukasey, 07-1224

Petition for review of a denial of applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture is denied where there was adequate evidence to support the IJ's adverse credibility finding, and where the petitioner's claims of inadequate translation and transcription services did not rise to the level of a due process violation.
