In an action raising a claim that plaintiff was entitled to a commission on a sale he had arranged prior to his termination, a judgment pursuant to a jury verdict for plaintiff on that claim is reversed where the only theory on which plaintiff prevailed could not support the judgment, as there was no basis for it under Massachusetts law.
