Franceschi v. US Dep't of Veterans Affairs, 06-2677
In a Title VII gender discrimination suit brought against plaintiff's former employer, the VA and its secretary, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) with respect to the hostile work environment and discrimination claims, plaintiff failed to exhaust his administrative remedies; and 2) a retaliation claim could not be considered due to the failure to exhaust administrative remedies on the other claims.
