United States First Circuit
C.G. v. Five Town Comty. Sch. Dist., 07-1708
In a suit under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act claiming that defendants failed to provide a disabled student with a free and appropriate public education, judgment for defendants is affirmed where, although the individualized education plan created by the school district was incomplete, the unreasonable behavior of the student's parents had obstructed the process and precluded them from relief.
