United States First Circuit

Conviction for drug-trafficking offenses is affirmed where: 1) there was no prejudicial error in allowing a government witness to testify about conduct not charged in the indictment and disclosed after the trial was underway; and 2) the court lacks jurisdiction over defendant's motion for a new trial since defendant failed to properly present the motion to the district court.
