After original complaint was dismissed in Pag-n v. Calder-n, 448 F.3d 16 (1st Cir. 2006) for failure to state any viable constitutional claims, dismissal of plaintiff's suit is affirmed over claims that the Pag-n decision was not binding on plaintiff's claims against other defendants, and that the district court erred in extending Pag-n to dismiss the claims against these defendants.
