Conviction and sentence for mail and wire fraud relating to Internet schemes are affirmed where: 1) the defendant was not prejudiced by the court's instructions to the jury; 2) the district court adequately considered defendant's acceptance of responsibility when crafting a sentence; and 3) the sentence was reasonable.
