Aguilera v. Negron, 06-2467

In a suit by workers at a juvenile correctional facility alleging that they were denied promised positions, dismissal for failure to state a claim is affirmed where the plaintiffs' complaint failed to allege facts sufficient to establish they possessed a constitutionally protected property interest in the promised jobs.
