United States First Circuit
Adelson v. Hananel, 06-2281
In a suit by an employer seeking a declaration of the parties' respective rights pursuant to an oral employment contract, dismissal of the suit on grounds of forum nonconveniens is reversed where the district court failed to afford heightened deference to the plaintiff, a U.S. citizen, and his choice of forum. A finding of personal jurisdiction over the defendant is affirmed.
