United States First Circuit

In a suit by a former Assistant District Attorney for Puerto Rico alleging that his dismissal was politically motivated and in violation of his civil, constitutional, and statutory rights, denial of summary judgment for a defendant on grounds of qualified immunity is affirmed where the complaint's allegations, taken at their well-pleaded value, sufficed to show that a clearly established constitutional right had been violated, and that a reasonable official would have understood that the challenged conduct may have violated that right.
