United States First Circuit
Overseas Military Sales Corp. v. Giralt-Armada, 05-2859
An appeal by a government contractor, seeking reversal of the district court's order dismissing its complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief to prevent the Department of Consumer Affairs of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico from enforcing Puerto Rico's consumer protection law against it, is dismissed as moot and the judgment vacated where the Commonwealth's concession that the appellant's position was correct rendered the appeal moot.
