Carter v. Lindgren, 06-2539

In a suit under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging infringement of plaintiffs' right to familial integrity under the U.S. Constitution, summary judgment for officers of the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families is affirmed where the defendants were entitled to qualified immunity since plaintiffs had not established a constitutional violation.
