Conviction for possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed where the initial seizure of the defendant constituted a Terry stop for which there was ample justification, and the prosecutor's comments at trial that certain evidence had not been contradicted did not violate the defendant's Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination.
