Conviction and sentence for conspiracy and violation of the Mann and Travel Acts are affirmed over defendant's arguments that the district court: 1) erred in refusing to hold a Franks hearing concerning omissions in the affidavit supporting a search warrant; 2) erred in denying defendant's motion for a mistrial following prejudicial testimony; 3) miscalculated defendant's base offense level under the sentencing guidelines; and 4) erred in ordering forfeiture.
